Back in India, there is an ancient system of medicine (the oldest in the world) known as Ayurveda.
The good news about Ayurveda that concerns you is its hair loss remedy that keeps getting amazing results from people who try it.
According to Ayurveda, any type of hair disease can be treated with the right combination of herbs and herbal oils.
And it is effective because Ayurveda doesn’t just treat the symptoms of hair loss, it is actually able to attack its root cause as well (DHT).
How Guaranteed is This Remedy?
If you are a subscriber to this blog, I believe you know by now that I do not publish remedies that have not been proven to work.
When I started my research about this amazing method of treating, I had to consult with 3 Ayurvedic experts in order to get more facts, effective ingredients and the right way to apply it.
So far, I can say it has worked for 9 out of the 10 people that I have recommended it to.
How Do You Apply this Ancient Indian Remedy?
There are 2 parts to applying this remedy – Internal and External
INTERNAL: This part is applied by ingesting herbs, food or supplement that supply your body with the various nutrients needed (E.g Biotin, Niacin etc) by your body to help you stop hair loss and regrow your hair.
I found out that the best approach to this is to simply use a food supplement that contains all the necessary nutrients. You can get good enough food supplements that contain these nutrients from a well equipped pharmacy.
You also need to be drinking enough water as well on a daily basis.
EXTERNAL: This part is applied directly on your scalp to stimulate hair growth and it is what requires more attention – At first, the main problem I faced was getting quality and original ingredients to be used.
There are over 10 Ayurvedic ingredients to choose from but most of them are not within reach.
Below is a list of the ingredients needed for this external application – You will need to combine at least 2 of these to get great results.
WARNING – There are several mixed or fake versions of these ingredients in the marketplace and those won’t work for you. You need original 100% extract of these to get real results.
(1) Jojoba Oil (Gotten from a mystery seed that mostly grows in Mexico) – Experts refer to this as the father of hair follicles because of its ability to reverse hair loss.
(2) Aloe Vera – Aloe Vera cleanses your system from within but it also promotes hair growth, prevents itching on the scalp and reduces dandruff. What you need here is the gel in the Aloe Vera
(3) Virgin Coconut Oil – Emphasis on the Virgin. This contains special proteins and minerals that treat the scalp and works well when mixed with Aloe Vera.
(4) Argan Oil – This comes from a nutritious tree in Morocco. The fruit is so nutritious that goats climb the trees just to eat them. Inside of that fruit is the little nut from which Argan oil is produced.
NOTE – Original Argan Oil is very difficult to make, it takes hours of manual labour that does not come free, so unfortunately there is no such thing as cheap Argan Oil.
How Do You Combine the Products Listed Above For This Remedy:
You can use any of the combinations below:
Combination 1 – Jojoba + Aloe Vera Gel
Combination 2 – Jojoba + Aloe Vera Gel + Coconut Oil
Combination 3 – Jojoba + Aloe Vera Gel + Argan Oil
